Free tier
Map tools, basic Discord integration, team features, and standard commands are available at no cost. Cloud mode availability may vary by deployment.
Pro license
Pro unlocks advanced automation, extended player tracking, premium Discord panels, and other features marked in-app. Licenses are tied to your RustBuddy account and may be validated online periodically.
Payment
When paid tiers are offered, checkout is processed through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on RustBuddy servers.
Refunds
If you experience a billing issue or accidental purchase, contact support within 14 days with your receipt email or transaction ID. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for unused or defective license periods.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal through your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Abuse of chargebacks may result in license revocation.
Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable VAT or sales tax depending on your region. Tax is calculated at checkout where required.
